MediaPad is a novel solution designed to simplify connectivity between smart mobile electronic devices and wireless home devices, such as audio speakers, using NFC, Bluetooth, and/or Wi-Fi technologies. With built-in data privacy and security functionality, it ensures secure, quick connections while safeguarding user data against unauthorized access or breaches.
Read Full ProjectThis robot is a low-cost, mobile platform that brings together ideas from my PhD research into a functional prototype. Built with affordable components—Raspberry Pi 5, NVMe SSD, and a VL53L0X ToF sensor—mounted on an RC car chassis, it demonstrates onboard compute, high-speed local storage, near-infrared obstacle detection, and autonomous navigation in real environments. It supports real-time AI perception pipelines, continuous sensor data logging, and a plug-and-play platform for future mmWave and RF sensing modules, with potential use cases in indoor sensing, robotics prototyping, agricultural robotics, and spectrum security research.
